So I got a lot of compliments on this outfit so of course I needed to blog it. Casual yet elegant. Proper yet head turning. I love the blue on this dress. Granted I am more of a bright color kind of lady, there are some darker tones for those of you whom don't like to stand out so much in a crowd.
